Our mommy-and-me preschool class had a field trip to Tanaka Farms last week. I came really close to leaving June-bug at home since my friend Sarah kindly offered to watch her. We did this same field trip last year in the fall to pick pumpkins so I knew what I was in for. We ride the bus to the farm, get on a tractor, eat fresh vegetables and then pick strawberries. The problem is, when you get off the tractor it's all dirt so strollers are impossible! I was thinking it through a few days before the field trip and realized it would be difficult to help Charlie pick strawberries all the while holding June so she would not be crawling in the dirt and mud. Plus, preschool was during her nap time so that was all the more reason to have her stay home. But every time I thought about leaving her behind I felt guilty because this girl LOVES strawberries. She would eat them all day if I let her. As I thought about the day I just kept saying to myself, oh June would have so much fun. Well, as you can see from the pictures I am thrilled I decided to have the little Buggie come along. We all had a wonderful, crazy time.

Oh my word that last pic of her eating the strawberry is the funniest thing I've seen in a long time!
Love the strawberry pics. June looks like she's loving life.
I love the double chin on the last pic. Ian has one too, even when he smiles and sticks out his chin, he has it. Go figure.
OH Junie, I'm so glad mommy let you go!! you have a great mom !!!
Lol, that last picture is hilarious... sooo cute... but so funny!!
